The Digital Content Manager will maintain the Franchise web/social sites and Google Ads. Set-up, manage, and grow online and advertising presence. Create new and sustainable approaches to online and social media marketing and brand awareness. Assist Operations Manager and Owners with building, maintaining and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Brand & Marketing
a. Advertising Placement & Tracking
b. Sales Collateral & Marketing Materials
c. Franchise Brand Perception
d. Newsletter & e-Blast Coordination & Execution
e. PR Program Coordination & Execution
f. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
goals (ROI and KPIs)
g. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
2. Social Media / Website:
a. Overseeing all Social Media content for all used social media platforms
b. Assisting in the development of videos and graphics for Social.
c. Keeping all website information up to date and checking it regularly for needed updates.
d. Maintaining SEO Standards on all websites to ensure we are achieving highest SEO results possible.
e. Mapping out Social Media and Website content in such a way they complement one another.
f. Tracking appropriate birthdays, holidays, and significant SERVPRO events to ensure they are communicated effectively through Social and Web.
g. Creating / Generating Franchise and Franchise area specific content for Social and Web.
3. Google / Facebook Ads:
a. Managing Current Keywords and Google Ads that are present
b. Creating new ads and using the SEO as an interactive tool.
c. Tracking what ads and keywords are working.
d. Ensuring Zip Code Optimization.
e. Ensuring Team Bowles Franchises are not encroaching on other franchise territories
f. Developing and implementing comprehensive approach to Facebook Ads and other new avenues.
g. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
h. Work within the parameters of a given budget across for each individual franchise or work with corresponding agencies to ensure budgets are being matched.
4. Supervision
a. Supervising employees under your purview.
b. Communicating regularly with your staff and ensuring they are informed on events and changes.
c. Developing and growing the people that work on the digital marketing team.
d. Developing consistent procedures for accountability for quality and quantity of work.
e. Providing adequate and thorough training on our Brand and our approach to social and web.

Requirements:
- Digital marketing experience of at least 3 years
- 1 year of experience with SEO and google analytics
- 1 year experience working with Google Ads.
- Experience leading a team and producing results.
- Team player
- Great time management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategy.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are a must!
- Some familiarity with web design.
- 4-year degree in marketing, digital technologies or some related field preferred but not required.
