We are urgently hiring a Shift Foreman for our Marietta, GA location.

Our Diesel Technicians keep our fleet of 5,000 on the road by providing preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs to our trucks and trailers. Helping us maintain our position as a leader in the industry. We currently have 19 running terminals with a 20th soon to be breaking ground. There is no slowing down in Crete Carrier’s future.

What we work on:

• Freightliner, Kenworth, Ottawa, Autocar.
• Wabash, Great Dane, Utility trailers.
• Thermo-King & Carrier reefer trailers.

What we need from you:

• Act as a front-line extension of the Shop Manager's authority in supervising technicians engaged in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Manage personnel-- including training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, addressing and resolving complaints and problems that may arise.
• Making sure all work completed in the shop is performed to Crete and OSHA standards.
• Have 3-5 years of experience in diesel technology and shows an ability to be an effective leader.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
