Job Description:
Shipping Exception Management and Claims Reconciliation Analyst
Looking for 2 – 3 years of experience in Administration / Operations.
The candidate will have two major responsibilities.
1) In the SEMS (Shipping Exceptions Management) tool, certain criteria must be met before the SEMS record can be moved to a claim. The candidate will have to analyze the record to determine if it meets the criteria. If possible develop some automated tools to support this process.
2) Once a SEMS record is moved to claim, the claim follows a path to the vendor and then back to client for appropriate approvals and analysis. Once returned to Client from the vendor, the candidate will reconcile the record to ensure all data fields and dollar values are aligned from the payment to the tool.
