Neuroforceone is looking for their next Social Media rockstar! Candidates will have the opportunity to build their portfolio in fitness by capturing professional athletes during their strength and conditioning sessions at the private NF1 training facility. Candidates will work closely with our marketing director and be responsible for the creation of content on social media platforms and posting content to increase online engagement. Additionally, this individual will be responsible to stay up-to-date on industry news, social media trends, company campaigns, and services. With flexible working hours, this position will have the opportunity to transition into a paid position after 90 days.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture content at the NF1 facility

• Develop relevant content to reach target audience
• Engage with current audience/followers as well as attract new followers on all brand profiles and platforms
• Liaise with the marketing director to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery.
• Assist the marketing director with campaigns, brainstorming, advertising, and creative development
• Build and execute social media strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification and segmentation
• Engage in conversations wherever our brand is mentioned or where there is a comment on our brands platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist in monitoring trends and benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
• Assist in analyzing, strategizing, designing, reviewing and reporting on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
• Assist in select community marketing events to capture content and raise awareness of social media presence

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidates must be located in Arizona to obtain content at the NF1 facility.

• Able to come to the NF1 facility 2 times a week to capture content for a minimum of 2 hours
• No camera necessary
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, work independently and have good interpersonal skills
• Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Experience with graphic production process, Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
