Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Specialist – Fleet (A/P).
Principal Purpose of Position:
Process Fleet Management maintenance vendor invoices, Upfit and Rental invoices for payment.
Resolve rejected National Account invoices by either updating PO or rejecting invoices back to vendor with a clear explanation for the reject.
Respond to Fleet Management maintenance vendor inquiry calls through the CMS phone system.
Interact with the Technical Call Center to resolve any discrepancies between the approved PO amount and the vendor invoice.
Communicate with non-National Account vendors to resolve any invoice problems.
Proficient in answering phone inquiries from Intellipay vendors in reference to the Supplier Site.
Is able to gather proper information to activate new vendors in the Supplier Site for Intellipay.
Communicates effectively with the Team Leader and Management in reference to job assignments.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training:
Must have knowledge of Intellifleet, Infinium and CMS phone systems.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Associate’s degree preferred but not required.
Relevant Work Experience:
Basic understanding of or some experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Basic level of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be able to work in a team setting with moderate supervision.
Communicating & Influencing Skills:
Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to clients and vendors.
Must be customer service oriented.
