They will be joining a team of 5 other developers. This person will be in charge of manipulating the data and applying calculation logic. They are responsible for developing Tableau dashboards to help other groups automate their slide decks and reports. This person will work with the Business Analysis team to understand the requirements they have gathered from Sales Executives. They will use these requirements to develop the dashboards. An example of a requirement would be building a commission calculator based on how the sales team would like it to be designed. This person should be able to interpret Excel models and provide wireframes to create the dashboards based on user experience and simplicity. Once created, these dashboards will be provided to the Sales Executives to provide insight on sales operations. This person will spend 50% of their day creating dashboards using Tableau and 50% using SQL to extract data. They will be working with the Business Analysis team to understand the requirements and provide them with different sets of designs as well as providing insights from data they have received using SQL. This person should have good communications skills, as they will partner with different teams to create the dashboard designs based on gathered requirements. This position will be performed on a hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite in the Stamford office.
