Your role in our mission
Essential Job Functions
- Bring project planning rigor to various projects helping delivery leaders achieve financial goals
- Identifying and managing emerging risks and issues
- Tracking and reporting on project milestones and progress
- Act as a trusted and reliable liaison between Operations & Finance
- Quickly understanding project details and procedures
- Intervention when needed to help projects regain track
- Shape and structure the project planning of new initiatives
- Provide guidance and mentoring to project managers
- Work closely with operational leaders and senior managers
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience working within Healthcare
