What We Need
This position requires an independent, confident, and self-directed HR Generalist who takes initiative and works with a sense of urgency, The SR. HR Associate will structure their workday, be organized, process and detailed oriented in their approach to all assignments. They will be able to make independent decisions.
Our Team is flexible, versatile, and able to quickly connect and successfully engage across a diverse group of organizations. We are confident and conscientious when solving “people-focused” business challenges.
This role is hybrid requiring both client site visits and remote work. Majority of clients are located in Delaware Valley, PA and Philadelphia region. However, clients can be located in surrounding states.
Compensation: 65k-75k
About You
A HR Practitioner with a Generalist background who has proven experience and competence in the HR functional areas, independently attending to day-to-day assignments. A desire for diverse assignments, projects and engagements spanning across varied industries and size companies.
Autonomous professional who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, engaging in challenging assignments and developing as a HR Practitioner. Working where there is a culture of respect, integrity, and regard for both internal and external partners.
