We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at NAPA Auto Parts in Hayward, WI. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Manage store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Hire, train, and supervise store employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability

- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of automotive parts and repair industry preferred

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
