Requirements:

- Regional travel required (typically within 150 miles of Sioux City, IA).
- A 2-year or 4-year degree in Construction or related field an advantage, but not required.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, conflict management, and clear communication.
- Proactive project planning for all phases of construction including Safety, Productivity, Scheduling, Labor, Materials, and Equipment.
- Valid driver s license.
- Post offer, pre-employment physical and drug testing, and E-verification are required.
