Support Staff Job at Mountain Comprehensive Care Center
Mountain Comprehensive Care Center is hiring for a Support staff at our Owensboro clinic.
PURPOSE: To provide client support in a mental health outpatient clinic. Duties include checking clients in for services, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing intakes, working with electronic medical records and similar administrative duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or GED supplemented by one year of experience. Must have a valid Kentucky motor vehicle operator’s license.
SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Must be able to type and have general knowledge of office procedures and computer office programs. Ability to maintain professional attitude in working with co-workers and public. Considerable knowledge of organization methods, rules, and office equipment. Ability to plan and organize. Sound judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness. Must pass a background check and have a valid KY driver’s license.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires sitting, standing, bending and walking. Must be able to lift and carry light loads, (up to 15 pounds).
