Rogers, a nationally recognized leader in behavioral health and addiction recovery is looking for a licensed psychologist to serve as an Executive Director for our DBT programs located in SE Wisconsin.

Location: Ideal candidate will reside in SE Wisconsin, open to candidates who live near one of our clinics- Hinsdale IL, Minneapolis MN, Denver CO, Atlanta GA, Nashville TN, Los Angeles CA, San Francisco, San Diego CA, Miami FL, or Tampa FL and are willing to travel to our SE Wisconsin facilities.

Summary:

The licensed psychologist to serve as the Executive Director is a critically important role on the treatment team who works to ensure that DBT programs system-wide are providing the training and implementing standards of care to ensure that patients reach their full potential for health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for writing protocols and training materials to ensure compliance with relevant state regulations and standards for DBT programs
• Train clinicians, patients, and family members on patient and family member manuals, and workbooks for knowledge development, stigma reduction and skill building
• Conduct community seminars and lectures
• Subject matter expert resource for clinical and medical leaders system wide
• Understanding of Joint Commission compliance regulations

Hours:

• M-F 8:00 – 4:30pm, not on call
• No weekends or holidays!

Requirements:

• PhD in Psychology or Psy-D is required
• 8+ years’ experience with cognitive behavioral therapy and/_RCLor dialectical behavior therapy
• Licensed psychologist in one or more states in which Rogers is located
• Experience developing a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Clinical writing or research is preferred
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID unless approved for medical or religious exemption
