Restaurant Shift Leader
Being a Shift Lead combines leadership with strong people skills. Shift Leads make sure Team Members are properly trained, positioned and ready to provide a great Customer experience.
As a Shift Lead:
- You play a key role in the operation of the restaurant.
- The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manger by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
- They take ownership and responsibility of resolving problems, seeks help from others when appropriate and are willing to provide help and guidance to others.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provides regular feedback to the team and RGM

- Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
