Summary:

The Technical Business Analyst is based in Frisco, Texas. This position will be someone who has created clean and concise documentation in the past and can communicate effectively to help tackle impediments to make sure all relevant parties have a clear understanding of requirements and challenges. This position will enhance technical support and operations and will work on a variety of different projects, including policies, practices and solutioning, and must be a versatile, well-experienced business analyst.

Job Functions:

• Translate business needs into a (functional / technical) specifications, business requirements and user interface guides, considering all boundary conditions and expectations/demands of all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform tasks associated with pre-project consulting and business case development.
• Elicit project objectives and project success criteria.
• Accurately estimate time required to complete business analysis tasks and deliverables.
• Manage the relationship between business partners, project teams and vendors.
• Facilitate workshops to scope projects and gather detailed product requirements.
• Operate in an Agile framework utilizing JIRA to manage workflow and support the team driving to strategic decisions.
• Liaise between Information Technology and business units to help further define requirements and answer related questions.
• Collaborate with applicable stakeholders to communicate the technical solution and implementation. details to ensure that the product requirements are met.
• Manage project changes and evolutions to achieve project outputs in an Agile fashion.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related work experience.
• Proactive initiative-taker who is not afraid to ask questions.
• Strong interpersonal and group communication.
• Agile experience required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Netsuite and MS Azure preferred.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be needed.
