Summary of Job:
The role of the Technical Support Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service while identifying and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. This position is based out of our office in Boiling Springs, South Carolina.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent customer support and facilitate success
• Serve as technical resource to customers
• Install, test, troubleshoot, and support Vow assets, products, and services
• Coordinate with vendors which include but are not limited to ISP, Rx software, IT companies, etc., for configuration and installation of TalkRx equipment, services, and integrations
• Evaluate hardware and/or software issues to determine necessary actions
• Escalate issues to Level 2 when necessary
• Timely follow up of outstanding issues with customer, internal teams, and vendors
• Provide effective and clear communication to customers and internal teams
• Serve as a resource to customers, internal teams, and leadership
• Creation and assignment of tasks and tickets to internal teams
• Attend in-service training and staff meetings as required
• Other duties as assigned

Required:

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and facilitate success
• Ability to work in a team collaborative team environment
• Ability to resolve conflict with vendors on customers behalf
• Evidence of flexibility and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks within different timelines
• Candidate should be based out of the Boiling Springs, South Carolina area

Preferred Skills:

• Telecommunication and IVR related experience and knowledge preferred but not required
• Experience with remote desktop application and help desk software
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco
