Job Purpose/Summary:
The Tier 2 Mgr Talent Acquisition (Hourly) will be responsible for the oversight and management of the hourly recruiting function for domestic enterprise. This team will execute on the recruitment strategies provided through the talent COE, bringing all levels of talent into the organization. This position will ensure superior customer service is being provided and serve as a mentor to the team leads as well as recruiting coordinators.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage oversight of all hourly recruiting processes both internal and external
  • Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team are clearly defined, achieved and measured regularly to meet established service level agreements
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior operations leaders to help influence the business to implement TA initiatives, as well create recruiting strategies to help locations that have recruiting gaps
  • Provide strategic direction to TA hourly leads on training and consistent learning of recruiting processes and procedures
  • Create and launch communications regarding recruitment activities
  • Support hourly TA leads with resource allocation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
  • Conducts contact monitoring and data integrity quality assurance reviews to ensure that quality expectations are being met
  • Contributes positively to the team through the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and active participation in meetings, coaching, and personal development
  • Oversight of TA team adherence to all audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements for hourly positions
  • Stay informed and up to date on current external market trends and work with COE and HR Optimization team to drive solutions and/or enhance processes
Requirements:
Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education.
Experience: 6+ years relevant work experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
Communication Skills: This position is expected to communicate recommendations and implement performance strategies across a broad range of users, stakeholders, and management. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization.
Special Skills: Experience with recruitment tools and technology; Experience leading recruitment team activities in a high-volume environment; Ability to drive improvement and integration of processes, technology, and people; effective time management and prioritization skills; detail oriented with focus on quality; Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive positions
Supervisory: Yes, this person will lead a team that consists of TA leads and recruiting coordinators
