TPG Payroll & HR Services is a Regional Payroll Bureau that offers Risk Management, Insurance, Payroll & HR services to small to mid-size businesses and we have experienced a strong period of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity.
To continue this trajectory, we are searching for a qualified Training Manager. The Training Manager will lead, direct and develop training content and schedules for our existing internal employees and external growing clients. The manager will ensure the Company’s internal departments and external clients are keeping up with training requirements as well as ensuring training programs are successful and meet business goals.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
- Be the Liaison for our clients for all training inquiries and key contact for our employee’s training needs.
- Diligence on client focus with details particularly with communication, speedy response and follow-up on clients request and maintaining documentation on requests.
- Improve current processes and perfect organizational procedures for efficiency and successful training goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review existing training programs, suggest enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention.
- Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
- Maintain knowledge and be the subject matter expert applicable to the organization.
- Develop, facilitate and conduct training for our internal employees and our outside clients.
- Coordinate all training across all departments and their points of contacts.
- Coordinate training programs for compliance, clerical, technical, and management in nature.
- Manage, run and analyze reports on Learning Management System (LMS)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Three plus year experience in training management, program development, or similar field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software required.
- Experience with content creation and presentation in class setting.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word and Outlook required.
- Finance and insurance sector experience preferred but no required.
