This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a nationwide Solar Services Company in Austin, Texas
Job Description:
Pay range $35/hr to $55/hr depending on experience plus overtime and medical benefits in a W2 Contract to Hire
Local to Austin TX - Onsite 1 day a week 4 days at home
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities
- Review and prepare Positive pay files for upload, monitor fraud filters in banking portals
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Validate and load wire payments, prepare payment files for payment system
Additional Responsibilities
- Research and provide escheatment audit documentation
- Update daily cash balances
- Monitor treasury mailbox
- Remote deposit all payments received in office
Must have requirements/certifications/education
- Must be proficient in excel - advanced knowledge recommended
- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related fields
Nice to have requirements/certifications/education
- Banking Knowledge
- Gtreasury platform experience
Note that if you get hired you must undergo a background and a driving records checks
