Trust & Estates Associate - Naples Job at Quarles & Brady LLP
The Naples office of Quarles & Brady LLP seeks a highly-qualified attorney with more than 5 years of experience to join the dynamic Trust & Estates Group. This position will have direct client management responsibilities with a clear pathway to partnership. The ideal candidate should have considerable experience planning and drafting for clients with taxable estates, including the transfer of multi-generational wealth through the use of GST-exempt trusts, GRATs, SLATs and IDGTs and other complex estate planning instruments. The ideal candidate should also have experience with post-mortem administration, tax return preparation and/or review of Forms 706, 709 and 1041. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.
