The Warehouseman is responsible for warehouse operations, inventory management, and facility management. The Warehouseman will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure an efficient warehouse operation to fulfill operational demand.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to utilize client provided inventory technology to send and receive equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Successful management experience.
• Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices.
• Forklift experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• 1+ years in warehousing.
• High attention to details.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to complete a background check, employment background, and pre-employment drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be U.S. citizen or provide proof of right to work in the U.S.

Education & Experience:

• Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
• A minimum of one year warehouse experience.
• Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds or more.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, lift, stretch and reach both below the waist and above the head.
• Must be able to walk frequently in the warehouse.

Hourly Rate: $15-$20 per hour with growth potential.
