Schedule:

• Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
• No weekends

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for opening and closing warehouse operations on a daily basis. Including stowing, storing charging all equipment and tools
• Keeping and maintaining a clean and highly organized warehouse
• Able to correctly write warehouse and fulfill orders for will call/in office customer pick up, small package shipments and LTL deliveries
• Contact customers in a professional and polite manner about orders with discrepancies on a regular basis
• Monitor customer orders with back orders and ship completable orders when available
• Receive stock orders, inspect for damage, correctly note and sign BOL. Confirm received inventory against manufacturers packing list
• General inventory management, stocking shelfs, order pulling, cycle counts
• Have friendly and prompt customer service
• Develop and maintain working relationship with freight and supply vendors
• Order warehouse supplies as needed
• Provide freight quotes to MJM staff and customers as needed
• Assist with occasional building maintenance items and assist other associates when needed for special duties outside of normal day to day functions

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC or plumbing industry experience a plus
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office systems and general computer knowledge a plus
• Previous warehousing experience preferred but not required
• Able to lift 50 lbs minimum is required
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend over, crouch or crawl as needed
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Good attitude, flexible and open to new routines and processes, have ideas and ability to problem solve
• Current forklift license a plus or must have the ability to pass forklift certification test
• Able and comfortable using and standing on a ladder

Pay:

• $22.50 – $25.00 per hour to start

• One location near the Park Meadows Mall area in Centennial
