In addition, they will interact with the warranty administrator to ensure all warranty requirements are met and claims are submitted and paid timely. At times, they may back up the service concierge VIP and the loaner coordinator.

Position Requirements and Qualifications

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• General understanding of Microsoft Office and Technology
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• High School degree or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow instruction, compose light correspondence and memos
• Must possess a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Position Responsibilities

• Flag tech time on repair orders
• Review warranty repair orders for compliance, labor types and proper stories
• Close repair orders daily
• Work with cashier to ensure daily deposit is balanced and all repair orders are closed
• Create vendor purchase orders in accordance with company policy
• Assist the Loaner Coordinator
