Job Description

At ttg we are looking for a Webmaster and Creative Designer to take over and optimize our client online presence. From website creation and maintenance to social media management, potential employees should be able to come in with thorough knowledge of how to drive traffic to online platforms and generate viable customers through the digital pipeline. While we would like this position to remain local to our Fort Myers headquarters.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of responsive web design experience with demonstrable skills represented by a body of work.
• Responsible for all company web design projects from concept through implementation including digital design, creating prototypes / mock-ups, testing, and debugging.
• Understand customer journey concepts and website design navigational schemes.
• Familiarity with keyword strategy, online and offline SEO concepts.
• Understand web design issues, including browser and cross-platform consistency.
• Content creation, calendar and managing social media platforms.
• Create artwork and layouts that are appealing and user-friendly for website, social media and print.
• Continuously develop their software skills and stay up to date on web design trends.
• Meet with internal stakeholders or external clients to discuss objectives for internet and intranet sites and other web-based, social media and print projects.

Required Skills

• Expert WordPress user with familiarity using tools such as Yoast SEO, Crazy Egg, CSS, HTML, page builder tools, etc.
• Create concepts using Adobe Create Suite like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere.
• Be familiar with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience conducting website AB Testing and Landing Page design.
• Demonstrated understanding of Internet design issues (browser usability, cross-platform compatibility, color, and quick loading of images, etc.) is required.
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and content creation.
• Familiarity with offset printing principles and guidelines.

Bonus:

• Video editing
• Experience with Salesforce

Required Education and Experience

• 4 Year bachelors degree or Equivalent Measure of Experience
