WEEKEND WARRIORS!

• Perfect part-time opportunity. Work Saturday and Sunday approximately 8 hours per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive mid-size and large delivery vans
• Load the vehicle with assigned product each morning
• Effectively plan and execute optimized delivery routes
• Unload the truck at various retail locations through DFW Metroplex
• Collect empty crates and unload after each day
• Perform vehicle inspections prior to and after each daily route
• Complete appropriate paperwork
• Re-fuel vehicle
• Interact with La Superior Foods, Inc. employees, co-workers and customers

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Valid Class C driver’s license
• 1 year driving experience preferred
• A clean driving record required
• No positive drug or alcohol test results or refusals to be tested for the two previous years
• Must be able to read loading instructions, posted notices and training tests
• Must be able to perform simple arithmetic skills – add, subtract and multiply
• Must pass Department of Transportation Physical Capacities exam

JOB CRITERIA:

• Must be able to enter vehicle cab using 3 points of contact
• Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
• Bending - frequently
• Squatting - occasionally
• Stooping - occasionally
• Sitting - frequently
• Standing – frequently
• Reaching overhead – occasionally

Salary: $17.00 /hour

• Delivery driving: 1 year (Preferred)

• Saturday – Sunday, 5:00am – 1:00pm ( Both Days Required) 16 hours/PT
