Currently assisting a consulting firm in search for an Administrative Assistant to support its marketing department and corporate operations. The Administrative Assistant will take on a variety of responsibilities for both groups that will include PowerPoint presentations, internal/external correspondence, client relations, reporting functions in Excel, and general schedule coordination in Outlook. Our client is known best for the stability of its team and is looking for the same stability in its employees. A high level of professionalism and polish will be required for this role. This role is on-site Monday through Thursday, and remote on Fridays./ Work From Home

Responsibilities:
General administrative support for multi-person departments, both onsite and remote
Manage itineraries for corporate marketing department
Update project lists and contacts in proprietary database
Create and update reports at both the corporate and regional level, auditing various information for compliance
Prepare, review, and assist with Microsoft documents/presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; maintain calendars in Outlook
Responsible for coordinating trainings, meetings, and events, both in person and virtual
Assist with coordination, planning and execution of the annual sales conference
Maintain and plan yearly and quarterly calendars for marketing department
Maintain inventory of all collateral materials
Track, file, analyze, update, customize and distribute reports
Provide administrative training to new field staff
Assist with corporate needs including planning and implementation of events, conferences, and meetings
Act as a team with other Administrative Assistants, contributing as needed in other areas, including reception relief

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
Three to five years’ corporate administrative experience
Excellent tenure and stability
Positive flare with strong customer service attitude.
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
