Who's RYNO?

• We are an Internet Marketing company laser-focused on home services industries - HVAC, plumbers, electricians, and roofers.
• We build websites and manage digital marketing campaigns for our clients to generate leads online.
• RYNOtrax, our proprietary reporting software, gives our clients the knowledge of where their leads are coming every month so there is no guessing.
• Due to our total transparency, our customers always know exactly what they receive through their marketing efforts with us.
• We provide recorded call tracking phone numbers to track the leads we generate.
• We contract Call Listeners (real people) to listen to incoming calls. They are thoroughly documented and appropriately classified. This information is then compiled into one amazing monthly report to provide to our clients. Call Listeners are essential to this process!

Call Listener - What Would I Be Doing?

• RYNO records all phone calls generated from the websites of our customers.
• Each Call Listener is assigned accounts based on the volume of hours they would like to work and the quality of work they submit.
• The Call Listener listens to each recorded phone call in their assigned accounts and completes the call reporting requirements for each call.
• The Call Listeners documents call details; callers name, address, phone number, type of call, the purpose of the call/outcome, if the caller scheduled an appointment, and if they were a past customer or not.
• Call Listeners also provide an assessment of how customer service representatives are engaging in phone calls. These assessments include calls that go above and beyond job requirements, as well as calls needing some improvement.
• Call Listeners submit completed reports to the Call Listening Auditor to be checked for accuracy.
• Call Listeners have weekly and monthly deadlines, however, they also have the flexibility to choose when and where they work.

This Sounds Great! What Else Should I Know About Being a Call Listener?

• This is a home-based position. You don't need to report to an office and can work anywhere that you can take your computer and have internet access. You can go on an extended trip & still get paid!
• You have the ability to set your own schedule - this job can be done at any time as long as calls are in your dashboard.
• Work with little to no supervision. We are always available by email, phone, or video chat to support or answer any questions.
• The pay rate for this position is $11.00/hour.
• You have the opportunity to request additional or fewer hours as desired with a 2-week notice. Minimum availability of 20 hours per week is required unless there is a special circumstance or a one-off situation.

What Are The Expectations?

• Weekly and monthly deadline requirements.
• RYNO has a 3-strike policy on late/delinquent accounts, as well as those that are found to be consistently inaccurate - showing little to no improvement over time
• Communication is essential, we are here to help!
• The Call Listening Manager will run call audits, track your time, provide, feedback/corrections, and run efficiency rankings.
• The Call Listener with the highest ranking in efficiency and quality/accuracy will be given first priority on hours for the following month.

This sounds too good to be true, what's the catch? There is no catch, however, please note:

• This is a contractor position, NOT an employee.
• This position is not eligible for any benefits.
• RYNO does not provide any equipment - personal computer and internet access are needed to accept this role.
• The pay rate for this contracted position is non-negotiable and not eligible for overtime pay.
• Contractors are paid monthly for the previous month.
• RYNO does not guarantee hours - these are subject to change based on the season and workload. Hours typically increase in the winter and summer and decrease in the spring and fall.
