• Learns industrial math, print reading, and machining theory related to the department they are assigned.
• Under the guidance of the Level 3 Trainor or Team Leader, the operator learns skills related to the department. which they are assigned.
• Loads raw material and unloads finished product from machine.
• Preforms basic deburring on product.
• Learns basics of safety, sawing, drilling, materials, turning, and speeds and feeds.
• Learns safe operation of, receives practical experience on: lathes and milling machines within the department. they are assigned.
• Follows sequence of operation on routers
• Communicates with co-workers, and team leader to receive instructions and coordinate activities.

• High school graduate with previous manufacturing experience a plus;
• Must have a good work ethic;
• Must be dependable and flexibly with a good attendance record;
• Must be detailed oriented;
• Must have aspirations of becoming a machinist;
• Must stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor;
• Exerts between 10 and 50 pounds on frequent basis;
• Always adheres to Company safety policies
