Job Duties:
Accounting
Prepare and record invoicing to ensure payments are collected in a timely manner
Record and administer payroll, assisting with any payroll related questions from employees
Assist with accounts receivables by billing clients, verifying transactions, monitoring incoming payments, and resolving account discrepancies
Communicate and work with LTC Insurance Providers, VA Aid and Attendance, and Worker’s Compensation clients
HR
Recruit new qualified caregivers on a continual basis to meet the staffing needs of the scheduling team and in accordance with company-defined goals. This includes placing ads, attending job fairs, and developing new recruiting methods
Scheduling
Assist Scheduling Coordinator with scheduling needs as assigned including selecting, scheduling, and coordinating caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients
May assist in keeping caregiver files up to date, including tracking expirations of any licensing, insurance, etc.
Collect new documents as directed, notifies appropriate personnel when new documents cannot be obtained.
Qualifications:
Home Health Agency Experience Preferred
