Job Description:

Comsat Architects is growing in the space industry in Northeast Ohio and providing engineering products and services to NASA Glenn Research Center. We are seeking an adaptable, team-oriented candidate with strong communications and critical thinking skills to join our team to support company growth. The candidate will work alongside the business team to perform administrative and business functions. Responsibilities include:

• Perform administrative tasks, which will include working with an electronic file system.
• Responsible for coordinating the recruitment process such as posting jobs, screening applicants, hiring, maintaining resume files, coordinating interviews and onboarding logistics.
• Compile and maintain accurate and up-to-date paper, digital and electronic employee records.
• Perform procurement activities – maintain inventory of office and engineering supplies.
• Support strategic and tactical tasks with the business team
• Assist accounting with financial statements and Excel support.
• Assist with market research and analyses.
• Maintain and update marketing presentations
• Promote a positive and efficient work atmosphere.
• Other business and administrative duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or other Business related fields preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to collaborate with a team, as well as work independently
• Authorization to work in the United States as a US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing research and analysis
• Experience in web platforms, including SEO best practices
• Interest in creating and initiating marketing strategies
