Apollo Energy is now hiring an energetic and detail-oriented Solar Appointment Setter to join our rapidly growing team!

Position Title: Solar Appointment Setter

Reports to: Solar Advocate Lead

Status: Non-Exempt; Fulltime

Pay: Competitive hourly, plus generous commission structure

Location: Denver Metro Area

The Solar Appointment Setter has an opportunity to change the course of history by helping our world become a cleaner, greener place! This team member works in our entry level sales position. The Solar Appointment Setter explains the benefits of switching to solar to homeowners, sets appointments in-person and on the phone, collects electricity usage, and propels the overall mission of the company through a variety of tasks.

The Solar Appointment Setter should be a great communicator, customer service oriented, professional, personable, and coachable. Solar Canvasser Responsibilities - 20-24 hours per week

*In person, educate homeowners about the benefits and cost savings when switching to solar energy *Generate leads via door-to-door canvassing, events, expos, booths, and trade shows *Schedule homeowners for a free solar assessment that demonstrates Apollo Energy’s solar energy product *Collect electricity usage with customers *Input lead information into Zoho, Apollo Energy’s CRM, within 24 hours of receipt of lead information from canvassing *Other duties as assigned

Phone Team Appointment Setter Responsibilities 16-20 hours per week

*Via phone, educate homeowners about the benefits and cost savings when switching to solar energy *Schedule homeowners for a free solar assessment that demonstrates Apollo Energy’s solar energy product *Collect electricity usage with customers by conference calling with utility companies *Add appointments and necessary information to the Google appointment calendar *Document all information in Zoho, the company CRM *Other duties as assigned

*Reliable transportation *Able to walk/stand for 4+ hours at a time *Authorized to work in the U.S.
