Job Title: Assistant General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fitness Sales assistant manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in fitness and sales, and will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing relationships, and driving revenue growth for our fitness center. The Fitness Sales assistant manager will work closely with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and will play a key role in promoting our facility and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, providing exceptional service and support
- Conduct facility tours, explain our services and programs, and close sales
- Develop and execute individualized sales plans to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and promote our brand
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Assist with member retention efforts, including follow-up calls, member surveys, and other outreach activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and track sales performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Passion for fitness and sales
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
The Fitness Sales Assistant manager will report to the Fitness Center Manager and will play a key role in driving revenue growth and promoting our brand. Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
