Bid reviewer/creator Job at Crown Field Services LLC
Job Description:
Crown Field Services is a property preservation and management company and is looking to add a bid reviewer/creator to our team. In this role, the candidate will review/edit bids and review photos to place new bids. The ideal candidate communicates well, negotiates well, has great phone skills, and works with speed. Responsibilities:
- Reviewing open bids in the account portal.
- Reviewing photos to place new bids.
- Writing clear and detailed descriptions to the client in order to effectively bid on work orders.
- Communicate with the team to ensure their work is being completed correctly.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors before completing orders.
Qualifications:
- Communication skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Punctual, reliability is important to the client.
- 1-2 years in placing bids is a plus.
- 1-2 years in property management is a plus
- Familiarity with property damages is a plus.
- Property Preservation, REO, Cost Estimate, Xactimate and HUD Guideline experience is a plus.
Job Info:
M-F 10 am - 6 pm.
Work from home Fridays!

Compensation:
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour - Depending on Experience.
PTO: Holidays, Sick time, Vacation.
