Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet and acknowledge all customers immediately with a smile
- Fulfill customer orders accurately
- Make all drinks to Dutch Bros standards
- Engage in genuine conversation with the customer
- Charge the customer correctly
- Stay informed on current specials, marketing campaigns and special events
- Lead by example according to the DBWV Core Values
- Maintains regular and constant attendance and punctuality
- Follows all policies and procedures stated in the Dutch Bros. West Valley Employee Handbook.
Essential Functions
- Math skills to accurately handle cash transactions without assistance
- Ability to use technology
- English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking
- Listening ability to clearly hear customer orders
- Clarity of vision at near and far distances
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor with customers and employees
- Ability to stand and walk during shift in all temperatures
Qualifications Requirements
- Complete Dutch Bros West Valley training program and pass Flow Test
- Available to work flexible hours that include weekends and holidays
- Ability to work a minimum 3 shifts per week
