This organization is seeking an Office Manager that is a well-rounded professional with a diverse set of skills and experience. The ideal candidate will oversee all office operations to ensure the success of the company's daily operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Process paperwork and other documents.
  • Order office supplies.
  • File documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate potential new admission tours.
  • Manage the tracking of time for employees, process payroll
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Ensure compliance with State Department of Health.
  • Ensure that set standards are met by all employees.
  • Documentation and billing for ADvantage program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
