Responsibilities of the Business Requirement Documents:

- Provides administrative support to the VP of Ops.
- Schedule meetings and takes detailed minutes.
- Communicates with departments to announce new or revised operational processes.
- Streamline procedures and identify process improvements.
- Assist with setting up systems to support new and existing processes.
- Work on new projects as assigned.
Requirements of the Business Requirement Documents:
- Must have at least one year of experience in Home Health Care
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in process design and management
- Proficient in Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office, Word, Powerpoint, Visio, and Elements
- Must have Home Health Care experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
