Chemical Operator Job at Kobo Products, Inc.
Kobo Products, Inc. located in S. Plainfield, NJ is seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our team as a Chemical Operator on our 1st shift (6am-2pm).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years batch making and operating experience with process milling equipment.
- Background working with powders and/or dispersions in the cosmetic and/or personal care industry preferred.
- Forklift experience required
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
- Operators are required to wear proper PPE – including, but not limited to, respirators. All operators must successfully pass a Pulmonary Function test through our preferred healthcare provider.
Responsibilities Include:
- Batch making and operation of process milling equipment.
- Run powder treatment equipment and work with surface treated pigments in the personal care industry.
- Follow batch tickets and document results as required.
- Follow all cGMP and departmental procedures.
- Safely operate a forklift.
