The 33,000-square-foot unit features 25 private patient rooms, six labor/delivery/recovery suites and two surgical suites. The Rehabilitation Institute, the hospital features 184 licensed acute care beds as well as inpatient and outpatient surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center, cardiac services featuring a STEMI Receiving Center (heart attack) and a 35-bed 24-hour emergency department. Essential Job Duties:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited College or University in Nursing required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in Nursing preferred.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in an acute care setting required.
• One (1) to Three (3) years of RN experience in a specialty area (ED, ICU, OR, L&D), preferred.
• If not currently working in Quality, RN experience must be within the last five years.
• Previous experience in Quality Management or Performance Improvement, preferred.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality, preferred.
