Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Community Relations Manager. The Community Relations
Manager is responsible for providing the overall supervision of the Community Associations in our Rental program, including, but not limited to, vendor & contract management, budgeting & invoice processing, interacts with board members and committee members. Performs all duties in accordance with Access Management’s policies, processes, and procedures and within the realm of the management philosophy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the relationship of a portfolio of community associations in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and Rental

Committee Boards.

  • Ensure community management tools are being effectively developed and utilized such as action item list, resolution worksheets, timed agendas, RFP’s, committee charters, procurement procedures, operating budget, etc.
  • Prepare monthly rental financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
  • Attending Board meetings and Rental Committee meetings per the management agreement and community events as needed.
  • Create and distribute monthly and quarterly newsletters for each association under the rental program.
  • Partner with onsite CAM to ensure open line of communication and joint success.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Practice and adhere to Prime Vacation’s Service Standards.
  • Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical standards.
  • Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules.
  • May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

This is a full-time position. There will be occasions when it is necessary to work various evenings, weekends, and holidays. Consistent and regular attendance required however the position is flexible and the candidate can work remotely part of the time.

Education & Experience

  • Current or Prior Florida Community Association Manager License Preferred
