We are currently seeking motivated candidates for a Full Time Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator position, located at our Home Office in Auburn Hills.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for coordination and communications of Corporate Social Responsibility events/programs, volunteers and tasks. Additionally, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of social media posts, video board and LED board CSR event marketing, and CSR photo library.

Responsible for coordination and communications of Corporate Social Responsibility events/programs, volunteers and tasks. Additionally, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of social media posts, video board and LED board CSR event marketing, and CSR photo library.
J ob Duties (include but not limited to):
Coordinates tasks related to community and corporate social responsibility events and projects. Has direct responsibility for communicating with community partners for event details.- Creates partner event agreements for all events, communicates with partners for signatures on agreements and monitors fulfillment internally and externally.
- Coordinates and manages volunteer opportunities
- Responsible for creating, coordinating, and implementing CSR Social Media posts, pre-event and post-event.
- Manages Corporate Social Responsibility photo and video library.
- Manages event details by communicating with community partners for details such as online links for event information, GCU event banners, and marketing of GCU sponsorship of events by community partners.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, non-profit events, or advertising.
- Good working knowledge of the following: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Adobe, Social Media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Must become and remain 100% bondable.
Skills/Abilities:
- Must have a passion for volunteering in the community.
- Solid writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical abilities.
