Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Your work involves providing support to homeowners throughout their building and buying journey, including:
Sales Support:
- Act as first point of contact in the office, answer main phone, monitor voicemail, greet customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via social media, website chat, email and BuilderTrend
- Input prospect and lead information into BuilderTrend
- Maintain showroom organization, stock sales brochures, replenish low supplies
- Post-contract, assemble new homeowner files and create new jobs in BuilderTrend
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks as directed to ensure projects start on time
Customer Experience Support:
- Actively listen to homeowner concerns and make decisions to appropriately resolve concerns
- Update homeowner information in the company system after each correspondence
- Support customers through the interior selections process to ensure timely completion
- Celebrate new home closings with a gift, new home packet, and warranty information
- Follow up with new homeowners at 90-day and 1-year checkpoints
- Assist with social media content creation and posting
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Director of Marketing & Customer Experience
Internal Collaboration:
- Support the VP of Sales and Director of Marketing as needed
- Communicate with and relay information to appropriate Construction Managers

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
