We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Rep. for our fast- growing and reputable Auto Glass company based in Lewisville, TX.
Position Summary:
Customer Service Rep.
Platinum Auto Glass is an auto glass repair and replacement services.
We’re looking for an experienced CSR to join our growing team!
The Customer Service Rep. will become part of an exciting team providing exceptional results to our customers, assisting in the scheduling of auto glass repair and replacement services and calling in claims to the various insurance networks.
This is a part-time job that may become a full-time job for the right person.
Position Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and create positive and engaging service interactions with customers through calls, emails and referrals
- Work with many insurance companies and assist customers with claim processes
- Contribute to a positive and high performing team with excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions and concerns about warranties, repair and replacement processes, missed appointments and reschedules
Qualifications
- Must be very knowledgeable in many different makes and models of vehicles
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Available to work around 32-40 hours per week with weekend availability a plus*
- Must be able to work late* 6 pm or 630 pm if needed*
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively and adjust to a fast-paced operation
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service with a smile
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
