HOWLISTIC is San Diego's best dog/cat natural food and supply store! We are adding a part time associate to our team in Mission Hills. Our new team members should be hard-working, honest and comfortable engaging customers as well as their animal companions. Team members must believe in a healthy lifestyle.
Specific requirements:
At least 1 year retail or customer service experience
Availability to consistently work evenings until 8pm and weekends between 9am and 6pm
Ability to multitask and ensure excellent customer service
Ability to work well as part of a close team as well as independently
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable
Responsibilities include:
Educating and interacting with customers to best meet their companions' needs
Recommending and selling products
Maintaining a safe, attractive store environment which includes cleaning, stocking, and creating displays
Assisting customers in self-serve dog wash area
Operating point of sale system
Other store related activities as directed
We are looking for a friendly and reliable people person who enjoys helping others! This is a part time position that REQUIRES WORKING EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS.
