We are seeking a Data Analyst to support the growth of our company and help create new opportunities for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in statistical analysis, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to create data-driven solutions while working closely with our executive team. We need someone who is able to think creatively and influence company policy, and we're looking for someone who is dedicated to smart decision-making.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement

• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients

• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

• Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data

• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions

• Structure large data sets to find usable information

• Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information

• Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

Data Analyst skills and qualifications

• Technical writing skills

• Coding skills in languages such as Oracle and Python

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to set and meet deadlines

• Ability to work in high-pressure situations

• Experience with statistical software

• Reporting and data visualization skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
• Strong programming experience with frameworks, including XML, JavaScript, and ETL
• Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Excel, SPSS, and SASS
• Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
