MUST:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or data entry role
- Excel experience (pivot tables, inputting data, ect)
- Problem solving/critical thinking skills
- High attention to detail
- Great time management skills
PLUS:
- Prior AML experience
- Actimize experience (fraud investigations)
- Banking/finance background
DAY TO DAY:
Insight Global is looking for a AML Specialist for a large banking client of ours. This person needs to have good time management skills and have a high attention to detail, because they are going to be assisting in the exit of customers who are high risk. They are acting as the middleman between customers and different business groups to determine the direction of the exit. They are responsible for case management in actimize to ensure everything is captured prior to the exit of the relationships. They need to have strong problem-solving skills because some cases are going to need a deeper dive and will not be as clear of a solution. This is not a customer interfacing position, however there will be a lot of correspondence via email so strong written communication is a must.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
