Position Summary: Collects data from the different digital tools, analyzing the information and supporting the plant management team in the decision taking in order to drive plant performance whilst assuring the quality and meaning of the data.

Responsibilities:

• Assure the quality and meaning of the data in the plant digital tools by filtering, reviewing, and cleaning data through the knowledge of business reality.
• Works closely with the management team to prioritize business needs and align with data targets.
• Works closely with BG and Regional Digital Owners & Analysts to improve current tools, deploy best practices, and propose new features and needs.
• Train end users in data reporting and interpretation.
• Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
• Capitalizes on knowledge and shares best practices / lessons learned across organization and within the site

Position Specifications

Knowledge / Skills:

• Digital skills and curiosity on new technologies and tools
• Comfortable with data management topics
• Understanding of lean manufacturing (FES). Production or PC&L experience is a plus
• Good understanding of the Plant KPI’s
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, English required
• Deep knowledge of data management tools (Excel). Power BI, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
