Metairie location seeding a bad debt collector. Qualifications include excellent communication skills, ability to resolve problems diplomatically, good keyboarding (typing) skills & the ability to multitask. Calls are generated via a dialing platform, both incoming and outgoing calls are handled. Must be able to adhere to policies and procedures while working independently. Must have reliable transportation and maintain good attendance. On the job training. Spanish speaking not required, but desired. Also, telemarketing experience a plus. This is a permanent, full time position.
