(not in crime but you catch our drift) Winnebago Industries, located in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Director, Enterprise Safety & Security who will provide strategic development & implementation of a Health, Safety and Security roadmaps & systems for the enterprise.

The Company builds quality motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth-wheel products, outboard and sterndrive powerboats and commercial community outreach vehicles with multiple facilities in Iowa, Indiana, Minnesota and Florida.

Education/Experience:

• Leadership. Experience leading a matrixed organization through a safety program upgrade.
• Builder. You have hands-on experience with building a safety program.
• Deep working knowledge, skills & abilities (you’ll have at least 10 years of experience however 15-20 is likely) within health, safety and/or security programs.
• BS or MS degree preferred within Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related science field of study.
• CSP, ASP or the like certification highly preferred
