Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in a related field
• Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Apps is required (specifically Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop and Premiere Pro)
• Experience using Microsoft Office, WordPress and MailChimp preferred
• At least 1 year of marketing/branding experience
• Leadership experience preferred

Description
Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a Director of Media and Marketing to join our team!
In this role, you’ll work with Pennsylvania Counseling Services as well as our faith-based publishing department, LiveUp Resources https://liveupresources.com/.
You would provide leadership to media department including oversight of media, editing, publishing coordination, marketing and branding all of the materials and assisting Live Up Studios productions as needed.
Job Duties would include:

• Supporting the various departments of PCS to meet media needs including oversight of social media, print design, website management and design, of which some may be contracted
• Assist with marketing plans and branding of current products
• Develop marketing plans for new products that launch
• Scheduling technical oversight by media personnel which may include filming
• May include working together with a 501C3, Servant's Oasis, tohttps://www.servantsoasis.org/ support its success

• The pace of work can be fast at times, so we’re looking for someone who can keep up while also remaining organized and paying attention to the small details

Working hours are flexible, with occasional mandatory long days for video shoots (generally 10 hours/day for shoots).
This position is in person, remote work is not available. EOE
