Executive Assistant to the Founder and a Director
We are seeking an amazing assistant to support the Founder and the Director of a boutique tax consultancy firm. This team is looking for a professional that is extremely organized, is able to wear many hats, and will work to reduce the minutiae that the executive(s) currently is working on. They are open to candidates in the Lehi/Salt Lake City area or in Missoula, MT. While most of the work will be done remotely, candidates will need to do some in-person tasks in one of these cities.

The Role: Executive Assistant to Founder and 1 Director
Location: The offices are in Lehi, UT, and Missoula, MontanaOverview:
- Calendar management
- Gatekeeper for the Executive(s) time
- Office manager duties
- Bank deposits
- Mailbox pickup
- Need someone who can take a lot off the Executive(s) plate to free them up to work on priority items
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
