Answer multiple phone lines for a fast paced environment, greet visitors and handle various assignments within the office.
This is a Full-Time position. Days - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer multi-line telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Provide information to callers.
- Assist management in a number of projects.
- Direct individuals to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and clients.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare letters and documents.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail.
- Maintain office filing.
- Organize meetings.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Research vendors for cost effective suppliers.
Education and Experience
High school diploma generally required.- Strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of computers.
- Strong knowledge of word, excel, calculator, copier, fax, and postage machine.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
